"Oui" by Emanuele Belgrano (Italy).

Among the 8 finalist projects the first prize went ex aequo to the group of Francesco Maria Gamba (I/CH), Davide Fornari (I) and Federico Saurer (CH) with the project “Caffè in vetro” which reclaimes the use of glass for coffee cups (as used centuries ago in the Mediterranean area before the cheaper potter) and underlines the varying ways of interpretation offered by the “Murrina” technique and to Tiina Sarapu (EE) with the project “Roundelay” because of the good run of contemporary linear design into the Muranese tradition and because of the extention to many functions of a common idea.

Finally the Beba award for the youngest designer goes to Elisa Rescaldani (I) born in 1981 and the Fondazione CRTrieste award goes to Lorena Matic (I) born in Trieste.
